Tacfit Commando: Day Two

My first Low Intensity day. I think I’m going to enjoy these ones, when I can do a few of the stretches without my back twitching. Apparently my back flexibility needs work 🙂

My arm flexibility as far as rotation goes is good, but I could use some more strength. I can’t hold myself up for very long. I knew both of those, but it’s nice to mark it so I can see the improvements later.

Other than that, I think I need to watch it through to sort out the form on a few exercises, and figure out where the tension and release are supposed to happen. I think I’ll be able to figure that out better when I’m not having to try and do it at the same time 😛
