Wii Fit

So, according to my Wii Fit (“Well, well, well… if it isn’t BD”) it’s been 25 days since I last checked in. Therefore, today I went with the “something is better than nothing” theory 😛

I’ve also made two decisions. The first is that I need to ditch the daily body test and only do it weekly. I’m not sure how accurate the scale on the Balance Board is, but when it results in occasionally jumping up four pounds for no reason, only to drop down again the next day, it’s somewhat demotivational.

The other is that while the yoga and aerobics has certainly helped my flexibility and endurance, they haven’t done much else. Therefore, I’m going to try to focus on the strength exercises for a while. I don’t like them as much, so I started neglecting them before 😛

Anyway, short list today, and I went back to the smallest duration on most of them.

  • Shoulder Stand


  • Single-Leg Extension
  • Torso Twists (6 reps)
  • Jackknife
  • Lunge
  • Sideways Leg Lift
