Dr. Strangelove is a perfect spoof of political and military insanity, beginning when General Jack D. Ripper (Sterling Hayden), a maniacal warrior obsessed with “the purity of precious bodily fluids,” mounts his singular campaign against Communism by ordering a squadron of B-52 bombers to attack the Soviet Union.

I spoke this morning on the New Media Panel: Beyond the Page, and had a wonderful time.

The conference was excellent. I am feeling revitalised, and I think I really needed that. If you didn’t get to go to the conference this year, I highly suggest watching the Get Publishing Web site for details on upcoming years.
